We meet the first Tuesday of every month

A short presentation & business meeting is held, followed by a support group meeting. If you would like to see the agenda for the business portion of any upcoming meeting, please contact us. Our meetings typically follow the following format:

6:30 - 6:45 Social time/Library time/Introductions
6:45 - 7:00 Announcements, new and old business
7:00 - 7:20 Educational topic
7:30 - 8:30+ Birth stories, information sharing/support group

Urbandale Public Library Meeting Room A

6:30 p.m. - Business meeting.

7:00 p.m. - Eduactional Topic: Preparing for a Family-Friendly Cesearean. Speaker: Diane Tinker, local doula.

7:30 p.m. - Support Group.
